Usually we take part at the selling process by offering our complete Buyers Protection and shipping services. We are not just a regular Buyers Protection service, we have the infrastructure to conduct authorized pre-buy inspection on electrical equipment and all types merchandises.


Our escrow service ensures that both buyers and sellers who do not know each other personally can conduct their purchases securely over the Internet. The processing takes place step by step; This means that the buyer first pays the purchase amount plus applicable fees into our escrow account (money transfer). After receipt of money, the goods will be shipped by the seller. As soon as the goods have been duly delivered, the purchase price deposited in the escrow account is forwarded to the seller's bank account by means of a money transfer.



The escrow service offers you maximum security for your money transfer. You take no risk by paying in advance, the goods are bought unseen.



You have the certainty that the buyer has initiated the money transfer for the goods. If the buyer is satisfied that the goods are in perfect condition, we will immediately transfer your money from our escrow account. In addition, the trustee service creates more trust among your customers and thus increases your sales and profits.



Our escrow service costs you a maximum of 1% of the turnover with a minimum fee of only 1 euro! This makes us one of the cheapest escrow providers in the world. You also have the ability to specify who pays the fees (either all fees borne by the buyer, all fees borne by the seller).

You must enter the sales contract number and date as reference so that your money transfer can be assigned to the corresponding trustee order without any doubt.

The difference will be immediately transferred back from our escrow account to the buyer's account.



If the transfer is too low, the seller will be informed of the receipt of the money with the message that the amount transferred to our escrow account was insufficient and the remaining difference must be transferred by the buyer.



The trustee service within the EU can be used at any time without any problems. For payment transactions/money transfers between the member states of the EU, we use the EU standard transfer system for you, which guarantees the most cost-effective money transfer to our escrow account.



With each successfully created escrow order, you will receive a tracking number with which you can easily check the status of your order in our tracking system, for example via the receipt of money on our escrow account.



As a buyer from Europe who wants to buy abroad, you don't have to pay attention to anything else. The fiduciary order is processed for you like a domestic transaction. As a buyer from abroad who wants to buy in Europe, you must enter your IBAN and your BIC (Swift code). In isolated cases, our e-mails can be declared as spam. This happens especially when your spam filter rules are set too strict. If you use a free mail provider, check your spam folder or spam guidelines to be on the safe side if you are expecting an e-mail from us in vain. If you have a whitelist (friends list) available, it is best to add us so that you do not miss any future emails from our escrow service.

You are entirely free to use our delivery service for sending your goods.



If the buyer does not confirm within 7 days after delivery that the goods have been delivered to him, we assume that he has received the goods in accordance with the sales contract. In this case, we arrange for the money to be transferred from our escrow account to the seller.



In this case, the purchase price will be transferred back to the buyer and the goods will be sent back to the seller. In this case the seller will bear all transport costs and transaction costs.



This stops the payment to the seller. Transport damage is often present. In this case the delivery is insured, the purchase price will be transferred back to the buyer.



After receiving the goods, you have 7 days to inspect them. You should either confirm receipt or submit a complaint no later than the 8th day after receipt of the goods. If we have not received a complaint by the 8th day after delivery of the goods, we will automatically transfer the escrow amount to the seller's bank account.



By issuing the escrow order, which is subject to our escrow service, you undertake to confirm the proper receipt and condition of the goods as soon as the goods have been received and you have been able to inspect the condition of the same. You must issue this confirmation no later than 8 days after receipt of the goods.

STEP 1

After you agree to terms the transaction is started and the merchandise is picked up from the seller.


STEP 2

We conduct a full pre-buy inspection of the merchandise at one of our partner services. Both buyer and seller are informed about the inspection result.


STEP 3

If the merchandise is accepted by the buyer, then the buyer must send funds to our company for depositing into the Buyers Protection account. Once funds are cleared we start the shipping process. We have our own shipping company so the delays are as minimum as possible. You will be able to track your shipping Online using the tracking number provided to see the current status of the shipment.


STEP 4

The buyer receives the merchandise and he gives his final accept on the transaction. The buyer takes the merchandise and all necessary papers are completed. Our company takes full responsibility for the inspection results so if the merchandise is not as it was described then you can refuse the transaction and get a refund of your money.


STEP 5

Seller will receive the amount transferred by the buyer from which we will deduct the tax for the services used during the transaction.


STEP 6

The funds from the Buyers Protection account are transferred to the seller.


There are a few situations that we currently handle

  • The seller and the buyer have already agreed and discussed regarding the transaction and they want to use our Buyers Protection and shipping services. The funds are transferred to the Buyers Protection account and the seller will be paid at the end of the transaction.
  • You are a seller/buyer and you want to sell/buy a merchandise. After analyzing your case we will present our offer. Usually the transaction takes place like in the case above.
